1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most new and unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used diapers and wipes

  • Personal care items (e.g., lotions, creams, pacifiers)

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right—either through a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Cancellations
